My Philosophy
Life can get complicated when resistance takes over acceptance. This is when we often feel the lack of being content. Much of the time, one does not realize this is taking place. This could mean many things and will be unique to each. I see acceptance as heart-based living and resistance as mind-based living. We react to nearly everything in life and it is the reaction of acceptance vs. resistance that creates our balances vs. imbalances. It is the imbalances which distort the body's natural energy flow and create blockages. These blockages will show up as pain, discomfort, stress, sadness, etc. These are all signals that there is an imbalance present. Balance controls one's Spirit. It is the Spirit that has the greatest effect on one's life. Our Spirit is who we are. The truth is what sets us free. Our faith is what heals us. When the truth is known, the Spirit is known. When the truth is accepted, the Spirit is set free (again). When the truth is resisted, the imbalances start. The word (again) is critical because as children we are full of spirit and free in life. For many, this slowly shifts as we get older and bring more into our lives and onto ourselves. The goal is to remain childlike in spirit, but sill navigate the adult responsibilities of life. It is said that we cannot take anything with us except our memories. My approach helps to reduce the load and increase a more peaceful/fun way of living. This starts by getting out of our heads and into our hearts. The heart is our connection to the divine. The more we connect with the divine, the less we resist and see life from the view of love. Much like the child. A little secret is that the child is still in all of us! This sets the spirit free and infinite potential is unleashed.
I have a few core beliefs. #1 is that all glory to the Lord. #2 Faith and trust are critical to any plan. #3 is that only the truth will set one free. #4 is that I see infinite potential in everyone. What this means is that a higher power than us is always present. no matter what one may decide t do in life, one must always have faith that it is possible and trust that it can be done.
I am a servant for equality, truth, love, simplicity, infinite potential and the freedom of the spirit. These are the attributes that allow the mind, body and spirit to connect with the heart, live in love, and be free. I proceed at one's pace so that overwhelm does not take over and get in the way of the end goal. Singles are as good as homeruns for they are both hits. Do not rush your process. It's important to remember all the greatness within. Once the heart is open and guiding one, the lost feeling begins to subside. I move away from blame and shame and towards love, faith and personal responsibility. I help to see the truth and it is from there that infinite potential becomes possible. My goal is to coach, teach, and unlock the wellness advocate that one already is. Please trust me, I am here to help you discover your faith in you, create trust & accept your truth, whatever it may be. Faith, trust and acceptance of your truth is what sets us all free. My Approach
My approach is to show where the loss of faith & trust is blocking the acceptance of truth. It's hides in places we have forgotten and often do not think about. When this happens, the body starts a compensation process. It will essentially rob itself of its own resources to survive. We work to shift out of surviving to thriving. The body is amazing and will take care of itself when in balance.
My Services
Everyone is unique. My services connect the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spirit. The services are as unique as each, but the same depending on where one may be on their healing journey. The primary service focuses on restoring the balance of the body. By doing this one removes blocked or stuck patterns that allow the spirit to once again flow, stop compensation, and move to balance. Free your spirit and the infinite potential. Live free.
What we need for balance is not as far off as we often times believe.

My Journey
My journey is no different than any other. My path may look different but the concepts of what it has within it are relatable to all. My journey has taught me this. In life, I must be guided by the Lord. The Lord allows me to have faith, trust, equality, truth, love, and stay neutral. Faith, trust, and acceptance of my truth guide me to equality, love, and remaining neutral. This is where the light of my spirit finds its source. Truth is not always comfortable, but it is preceded by faith and trust. All are critical for me to give and receive love, compassion and empathy. This is my simple, nonjudgemental way to support love and compassion by way of the truth. I have been shown that the truth is not to fear because the truth is where I will find what it is that I need. When my faith was restored, I trusted again, I found equality, truth, and the love I had overlooked.
I give all glory to the Lord. It is with the Lord that all is possible! This is my journey, and the beauty of life is that each of us has our own path, and no one path is more right or wrong than another's. The goal is to feel our best so that we can be our best for all and there are many ways to approach this goal. We are all equal. Thank you for your trust. Have a great day!
